Jeet Biswas Photography – Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the agreement between Jeet Biswas Photography (hereafter referred to as the Photographer) and the Client for the provision of photography and videography services.

1. Services & Charges
The Photographer agrees to provide photography and/or videography services as per the booking details mutually agreed upon.

Any additional requirements or extra days beyond the original scope of work will be subject to additional charges, to be discussed and confirmed in advance.

2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable minimum advance of 15% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the date and services.

The remaining 85% balance must be paid before the conclusion of the event.

Services will be paused or stopped if payment is not received on time as per the agreed schedule.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In case of cancellation by the Client, the advance amount paid is non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be possible depending on the Photographer’s availability. If rescheduled, additional fees may apply, and any new date must be confirmed in writing.

4. Delivery Timeline
Upon receiving 100% of the agreed payment, the Client will receive access to all raw photographs.

After the Client completes the selection of preferred photos:

Edited videos, the printed album, and all raw photos/videos will be delivered within 90 days from the date of selection.

5. Rights & Usage
Jeet Biswas Photography retains the right to use selected images or video clips for promotional purposes including website, social media, and portfolio unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing.

6. Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to communicate requirements clearly and respond in a timely manner to selection and album proofing requests. Delays in response may affect the final delivery timeline.

7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, accidents, illness, or government restrictions), the Photographer shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations. All efforts will be made to reschedule or refund (excluding the non-refundable advance) as appropriate.

By proceeding with the booking and paying the advance, the Client agrees to the terms stated above.
